I am Miguel Aguilar, an artist based in the South Bay of Los Angeles. My artistic journey began in the realm of cartooning, where I learned the power of characters and storytelling. In my current practice, I primarily use salvaged wood as my canvas, embracing the beauty of imperfections and the stories that each piece holds.
